Melissa Loeffler

Melissa Loeffler, PA-C, is a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant with a long history of dermatological and aesthetics experience. Melissa earned her Bachelor’s degree and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida College of Medicine. Prior to joining Access Healthcare, she provided medical and cosmetic dermatology services in both private practice and academic healthcare settings, caring for a diverse patient population throughout the Southeast.

Melissa is committed to staying current with advances in medicine and continues to be actively engaged in professional development and healthcare education. She values taking the time to understand each patient’s unique needs and believes that trust, communication, and compassion are the foundation of exceptional care.

Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, exploring Charleston’s vibrant culinary scene, and attending performing arts events throughout the Lowcountry.
