Our patient-focused primary care doctor’s office specializes in family medicine. We treat what we describe as continuity care—chronic problems, things like high blood pressure, diabetes, and depression.

Access & Attention

We offer greater access to your primary care provider through limiting the number of patients we see in our practice. Our patients benefit from same-day appointments, more face-to-face time with their physician, phone and e-mail consultations, and evening and weekend availability.

Simple Pricing

Payment arrangements between the insurance companies and doctors in traditional practices require those doctors to see more and more people in order to stay in practice. This decreases the doctors’ accessibility to their patients, and increases your wait times to see your doctor. To solve these problems, we choose to remain outside of insurance networks and Medicare, and ask our patients to have a direct financial relationship with us.

Urgent Care

We also provide treatment for urgent care and immediate care issues such as illnesses and injuries.

$150 per month

  • All primary care office visits including routine care, urgent care, and an annual physical exam, all during our regular office hours.
  • Same-day appointments with minimal wait times.
  • Most in-office diagnostic tests and procedures.
  • Routine injectables and annual flu vaccine.
  • Email & phone consultations.
  • Coordination of Specialty Care.

Our Silver Plan is suited for our patients with traditional insurance benefits but who desire an alternative to the traditional practice setting.

NOTE: Any necessary lab or radiology studies that are ordered will be outsourced to service providers who will bill your health insurance accordingly.

$225 per month

  • All primary care office visits including routine care, urgent care, and an annual physical exam.
  • Same-day appointments with minimal wait times.

  • Coordination of specialty care.
  • 24/7 access via physician’s cell phone.
  • House/office calls when appropriate.
  • Membership in The Outsiders fitness group.
  • After-hours and weekend urgent care from 5pm-8pm weekdays and 8am-8pm Saturday and Sunday.

The Platinum Plan is our all-inclusive plan, extending our highest levels of service and access, and is designed for our patients who insist on a superior level of personalized care.

With a further focus on prevention and wellness, this plan includes an annual physical exam in addition to comprehensive primary medical care.
